PRÁNÁYÁMA:
Enhance your emotional regulation and vitality through breathing exercises.
ÁSANA:
The body techniques designed to boost your strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. We hold poses for a bit longer so you can settle into the shape. Then, at a slow pace, using linking movements, we build the next position, creating an artistic flow that transforms your body into a living and joyful sculpture!
KRYIÁ:
Also known as purification techniques, these powerful tools promote better digestion, improve posture by strengthening the deep core muscles, and reduce waist size, among many other benefits.
YÔGANIDRÁ:
A moment for you to absorb all the outcomes of the class. Learn how to release tension in your body, mind, and emotions.
SAMYAMA:
