But more than technique, each practice is infused with Bháva, the vibrant feeling-tone that fuels your strength, awakens your joy, and gives meaning to every movement.
It’s this inner attitude, full of presence, vitality and intention, that transforms the practice into a powerful experience, both on and off the mat.
PRÁNÁYÁMA:
Enhance your emotional regulation and vitality through breathing exercises.
ÁSANA:
The body techniques designed to boost your strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. We hold poses for a bit longer so you can settle into the shape. Then, at a slow pace, using linking movements, we build the next position, creating an artistic flow that transforms your body into a living and joyful sculpture!
KRYIÁ:
Also known as purification techniques, these powerful tools promote better digestion, improve posture by strengthening the deep core muscles, and reduce waist size, among many other benefits.
YÔGANIDRÁ:
A moment for you to absorb all the benefits of the class. Learn how to release tension in your body, mind, and emotions.
SAMYAMA:
Develop focus and intuition by engaging in concentration, meditation, and hyper-awareness practices.

Hello! I'm Rick, and I've been teaching SwáSthya Yôga for a decade, sharing my passion with thousands of students in São Paulo, Brazil, and Australia.
My classes aim to create a joyful experience, guiding students to develop a refined awareness of their mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance, all inspired by a sense of excitement and a touch of art that permeates all aspects of SwáSthya Yôga.
